Profile :
You master the practice of the tools of Lean Manufacturing and you obtained very convincing results of improvement of performance. You have many years of experience in a company recognized internationally for its performances and its methods of work.
You have worked with several operational teams in the use of these tools within the framework of global steps(initiatives) of improvement of the performances. You usually speak about one or several foreign languages and worked within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
You worked in direct collaboration with decision-makers of companies: your pedagogy, your sense of the listening, your dynamism and your will for success allow you to bring to a successful conclusion difficult missions. You have "an iron hand in a velvet glove".
